The Summer Morning Bootcamp starts on June 22nd.

What days and times are the sessions?

Sessions take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6AM.

What if I cannot make some sessions?

Check with the coach but you can move your session to Tuesday/Thursday at 6.30pm or Saturday @ 8.30am.

How long is the programme?

The programme runs for 6 weeks.

How much does it cost?

The full 6 week programme is only €99.
