We will also discuss alternative therapies that can support you through this transition

We will delve into areas you may not have considered before, reframing the world as you see it.
This is a 12 week programme with weekly ZOOM sessions (Sundays @ 11.30am)

We have a team of highly qualified women to deliver different aspects of this programme
Grace Kinirons will deliver most of the sessions and will focus on nutrition and health for menopause. Having successfully survived the trials and tribulations of menopause herself she will discuss all things nutrition and supplementation and be on hand to give lots of useful tips and tricks
Jenny McKeever is a qualified sports massage therapist and reflexologist and has experience in delivering these treatments for women in peri menopause and menopause. She will discuss how alternative treatments can help with symptoms, particularly stress and anxiety
Joanne and Cathy are both qualified Life coaches and Personal trainers and will deliver the mindset aspect of this programme.
Joanne and Cathy are ready to bring fresh eyes to your life. Life coaching is a very powerful tool to help your understand your self and how you view yourself in the world.
They have many years experience in women’s health and wellness and their focus is to give women their power back, empower them to become in control of their lives.
